We take great care in checking and packing every order before dispatch. However, in rare cases where a product is damaged during delivery, incorrect, or has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or refund following the process below.
How to initiate a Return or Refund
1. Notify Us Quickly: Contact our Customer Care team via email support@deriluniques.com or WhatsApp (number available on our website) within 24 hours of receiving your order. Include your Order ID and a clear description of the issue.
2. Proof of Issue: A full, uninterrupted unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is mandatory for damage or defect claims.
3. Sending the Product Back: At present, we do not offer return pickups. If your request is approved, you will need to send the product back to us via a reliable courier service with proper packaging.
4. Refund timelines: Once the returned product reaches us and passes inspection, we will process your refund through the original payment method within 24–48 business hours. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
Important Notes: Minor wear or marks on shipping cartons, tins, or courier bags will not be considered as product damage. The final decision on all return and refund requests rests with Deril Uniques.
Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch: If your order has not yet been shipped, cancellation requests can be made via email or WhatsApp. Approved requests will be refunded within 1–3 working days.
After Dispatch: Deril Uniques does not accept order cancellations or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched. No cancellations will be entertained after dispatch under any circumstances.
